I’ve updated the Responsive Embed convertor so the markup templates are part of the plugin module, and not separate HTML files.

This makes it much easier to install the plugin. Simply copy responsive_embed.rb from the repository and place it in the _plugins directory of your Jekyll site.

I’ve also created a repository for the project on GitHub, as I’ve now promoted this to being a Thing.
